I’ve used Wecasa a few times now and it’s been really handy. I like that I can book the same cleaner again instead of starting over with someone new each time. One appointment slot did get changed once, but apart from that it’s all been smooth tbh

I booked it quickly, and I kind of figured it would be more of a hassle, but she came right over and took care of everything. It saved me a bunch of time, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Booked Wecasa for a home clean and, not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed. The cleaner was polite and showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the bathroom still had marks around the sink and the floor didn’t really feel properly mopped. I also noticed dust left on some shelves, and a few kitchen surfaces didn’t look like they’d been wiped down properly. For the price, I expected a higher standard, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. It wasn’t awful, but I’m not sure I’d rush to book again.

I booked a cleaner and the payment did go through fine, so it’s not like anything actually went wrong. It’s not even about the amount or paying upfront really, I just wasn’t totally sure when the money was going to be taken or how the pre-authorisation worked.
In the end it wasn’t a big deal, I just found myself checking my bank app a couple of times to make sure everything was normal. The service itself worked, but the payment bit could definitely be explained a little more clearly.

After dealing with people who are late, don’t communicate, or do a rushed job, this was such a relief. They arrived on time and actually did a proper good job. Shouldn’t feel like a big deal, but apparently it is these days
